Who it's for

Your term is maturing and your bank's renewal offer deserves to be compared.
Moving up
You're selling to buy something larger and need both transactions coordinated.
Newcomer to Québec
Your credit history is recent and you need a lender who accounts for that.
How we help
We start by establishing your real borrowing capacity, accounting for the stress test, your income and your existing debts. You know which price range to shop in before falling in love with a property.
Then we canvass several lenders with one well-prepared file. We compare the rate, but also the prepayment penalty, prepayment privileges, portability and flexibility if you sell — those clauses are often what cost the most over time.
Finally we carry the file through to closing: lender conditions, appraisal, insurance and instructions to the notary. You have one person to talk to.
